I like this e-book because it discusses ALL types of relationships, not just romantic ones.
The author recommends looking closely at the relationship and making an effort to be POSITIVE. Why spend your time thinking negatively when you can spend that time (because all of our time is valuable) thinking positive thoughts. I liked that, and as I was thinking, I found that it sort of ‘refreshed’ my ideas on non-romantic relationships, such as thinking positively about relationships with coworkers at my job, and relationships with family and my parents, and even relationships with perfect strangers (such as the commuters I encounter on the way to work, or the gas station attendant). Trying to‘re-think’ in a positive way can really boost your mood! Even something small, like picking up something that an older lady dropped, and saying ‘your welcome,’ can really boost your mood!
The act of re-thinking and remodeling your relationships to be more positive really is what hit me in this book and it’s the reason I gave it 5 stars!
